Job summary

Turner & Townsend is looking for a Senior Risk Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced risk professional who has supported large-scale construction programs.

You will develop, implement and improve risk frameworks, conduct Monte Carlo simulations and CRA/SRA analyses, maintain the project risk register, lead risk workshops and collaborate with clients, contractors and engineering teams to drive value and mitigate threats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in business administration, construction management, engineering or architecture.
• Experience managing PM on large-scale construction programs.
• Strong familiarity with design/architecture/civil works.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve SOPs, risk frameworks, templates and best practices across the program.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative risk assessments including Monte Carlo simulations, CRA and SRA.
• Analyze project schedules to identify critical paths and risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead risk workshops with contractor and client teams and maintain the project risk register.
• Maintain program-wide risk governance and ensure consistent risk processes and reporting.
