Job summary

Turner & Townsend is looking for a Senior Risk Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced risk professional who has supported large-scale construction projects, overseeing risk identification, assessment, and response planning across programs.

You will lead risk reviews, develop risk management plans, and collaborate with cost and schedule teams to optimize contingency usage. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, or engineering.
• Minimum 5–7 years of applicable experience.
• Demonstrated experience within a Program Management or Program Controls environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to facilitate risk cost profiling.
• Use risk data to inform investment planning.
• Monitor overall risk exposure and assess the remaining risk budget.
• Lead end-to-end project risk management across multiple projects/programs.
• Create risk management plans and processes per client requirements and frameworks.
• Collaborate with program and project controls teams to eliminate redundancies and identify improvements.
• Prepare risk reports to communicate status to stakeholders.
