Job summary

Doyon Management Services, LLC (DMS) is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead quality programs on government construction projects. You will develop and manage the Quality Control Plan, review specifications and drawings, and coordinate with QA to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

You will mentor QC staff, oversee multiple projects, and implement USACE/RMS processes while maintaining accurate daily records and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction quality control experience.
• Experience working on USACE and NAVFAC projects.
• Certified QC Specialist/Manager on federal projects (preferred).
• Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) certification or ability to obtain/renew.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects and coordinating design teams.
• Proficiency with USACE QCS/RMS and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the Quality Control Plan for assigned projects.
• Read and interpret complex contract specs and drawings.
• Review submittals and RFIs; coordinate with QA personnel.
• Develop Daily Activity Reports detailing daily project activities.
• Ensure contract requirements and project goals are met through teamwork.
• Present findings to clients and stakeholders; lead problem-solving sessions.
• Mentor Quality Control staff and support ongoing education.
