Job summary

Doyon Management Services, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead QC activities on government construction projects at Hill AFB. You will develop and enforce quality plans, read complex drawings, coordinate with engineers, and mentor QC staff.

The role requires USACE/NAVFAC project experience and CQM certification or ability to obtain. The position emphasizes safety, compliance, and collaboration with project teams to ensure contract requirements and QA standards are met across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of construction quality control experience
• Experience with USACE and/or NAVFAC projects
• Certified QC Specialist/Manager or ability to obtain
• Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in USACE QCS and RMS
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Excel

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the Quality Control Plan for assigned construction projects
• Read and interpret contract specifications and drawings
• Review submittals and RFIs, and maintain project QA records
• Develop Daily Activity Reports and maintain historical records
• Mentor Quality Control Specialists and coordinate with teams
• Implement USACE Three Phase Quality Control Process
• Prepare data graphs, charts, and project reports
