Job summary

Doyon Management Services, LLC (DMS) is seeking a qualified Quality Control Manager to lead quality assurance on government and military construction projects. You will report to the Project Manager and Corporate Management, developing and enforcing project QC plans and ensuring contract compliance across disciplines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering, 5+ years QC experience, and USACE/NAVFAC exposure with CQM-C certification or ability to obtain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CM/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction quality control experience.
• Experience on USACE/NAVFAC projects preferred.
• Certified QC Specialist/Manager or ability to obtain certification.
• Proven ability to supervise multiple projects and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the Quality Control Plan for assigned projects.
• Read and interpret complex contract specs, drawings, and documents.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and related documentation for compliance.
• Mentor QC specialists and coordinate across teams.
• Implement USACE Three Phase QC Process on projects.
• Prepare data reports, graphs, proposals, and manuals.
