Job summary

Doyon Management Services, LLC (DMS) is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead QC programs on government-owned construction projects. The role reports to the Project Manager and Corporate Management, ensuring adherence to quality standards across projects and maintaining project Quality Plans.

Responsibilities include managing QC plans, reviewing complex specs, and coordinating with engineers, field teams, and client QA personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of construction quality control experience
• Experience on USACE and/or NAVFAC projects
• Certified QC Specialist/Manager on federal projects (preferred)
• CQM-C certification or ability to obtain/renew
• Experience managing multiple projects and design teams
• Proficiency with USACE QCS/RMS and MS Office suite

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the Quality Control Plan for assigned projects
• Read and interpret complex contract specs and drawings
• Review submittals and RFIs, and maintain project QA/QC records
• Lead daily activity reporting and ensure contract requirements are met
• Mentor QC specialists and coordinate with client QA personnel
