Job summary

Doyon Management Services, LLC (DMS) provides design-build and general construction services on government-owned facilities and military installations. A Quality Control Manager is needed to lead QC programs, report to PM and corporate management, and ensure adherence to quality standards on projects at Hill Air Force Base and other sites.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years QC experience on federal projects, and fluency with USACE QCS/RMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction quality control experience.
• Experience with USACE and/or NAVFAC projects.
• Certified QC Specialist/Manager on federal construction projects (preferred).
• CQM-C certification or ability to obtain/renew.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects and teams.
• Proficiency in USACE QCS and RMS systems.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the Quality Control Plan for assigned construction projects.
• Read and understand complex contract specifications and drawings.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Review and approve submittals and RFIs.
• Mentor Quality Control Specialists and oversee QC inspectors.
• Prepare daily activity reports and project records.
• Read/analyze survey data and elevations.
• Implement USACE Three Phase QC Process.
