Job summary

Doyon Management Services, LLC (DMS) seeks a qualified Quality Control Manager to oversee QC programs on government construction projects. The role reports to the Project Manager and Corporate Management, developing and enforcing Quality Plans across sites and ensuring contract compliance.

The position requires USACE/NAVFAC project experience, strong data analysis, and team mentoring. Proficiency in QCS/RMS and MS Office is essential, with a focus on safety and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of construction quality control experience
• Experience with USACE and/or NAVFAC projects
• Certified QC Specialist/Manager on federal construction projects
• CQM-C certification or ability to obtain/renew
• Experience overseeing multiple projects and design teams
• Strong proficiency in USACE QCS or RMS
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and maintain the Quality Control Plan
• Review contract specs and drawings
• Define problems, collect data, draw conclusions
• Review submittals and RFIs
• Prepare Daily Activity Reports
• Lead QC teams on multiple projects
• Communicate with QA personnel and authorities
• Mentor Quality Control Specialists
• Ensure compliance with USACE Three Phase QC Process
