Doyon Government Group seeks an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee QC programs on USACE or NAVFAC federal projects. You will develop QC plans, conduct daily inspections, coordinate DFOW, and drive compliance across offices and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in construction, 3+ years as QCM on federal jobs, and strong skills in documentation, leadership, and MS Office. Familiarity with USACE RMS or NAVFAC QCS is a plus.

Competenze

• 7+ years of professional construction experience.
• 3+ years as a QCM on USACE or NAVFAC projects.
• Experience implementing a three-phase QC plan.
• Strong knowledge of federal construction requirements.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage the QC Plan per contract requirements.
• Perform daily quality inspections and coordinate testing.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, SSHOs, and subcontractors on DFOW.
• Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and quality documentation.
• Track and resolve deficiencies through corrective actions and follow-up inspections.
• Maintain daily reports, inspection logs, and quality records.
