Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of ACE, OASys and Job Cost Systems.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task with strong deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction and Project Managers with coordination and documentation.
• Order equipment and maintain project materials for install base projects.
• Monitor status of small projects (fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler).
• Communicate with customers and sales reps about material and labor needs.
• Ensure engineering requirements meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate with supervisor on labor requirements.
• Process changes, release equipment, file insurance and warranty docs.
• Support dispute resolution with AR or disputes team.
• Coordinate delivery of equipment to job sites and close-out documents.
• Create purchase orders for subcontractors and verify project schedules.
• Attend progress meetings and track RFIs and changes.
