Job summary

Johnson Controls, a global leader in fire protection and building systems, seeks a Sprinkler Project Manager to lead fire sprinkler projects from inception to completion. You will own outcomes, coordinate with design, procurement, and field teams, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and code standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years as a project manager or in design within fire protection.
• Ability to work in a matrix structure and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned projects and drive results through all delivery phases.
• Review contracts, scope, schedule milestones, and execution requirements.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and field teams to build the plan.
• Develop pipe-on-job dates and manage materials, labor, and subs.
• Lead meetings, site visits, and WIP reviews.
• Prepare cost-to-complete reporting and monitor financials.
