Qualifications

• 3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Ability to develop and analyze baseline schedules and change impacts.
• Strong stakeholder communication with owners, subcontractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain baseline schedules for construction projects.
• Analyze drawings and specifications to support planning and scheduling.
• Monitor multiple project schedules and provide guidance to teams.
• Develop Time Impact Analyses and report project trends.
• Travel to project sites to support field coordination.
