Job summary

The Crom Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects, coordinating with Accounting, Administration, Development, Engineering, Procurement, Safety, Training, Logistics, and HR to deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient projects.

The PM will develop complete contract understanding, schedules, cost reports, and closeout documentation while coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in CM or CE or equivalent with 1–3 years of PM experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop CPM schedules and maintain look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and subs to gather submittals and track costs.
• Review shop drawings and ensure conformance with project plans.
• Prepare startup packages, budgets, and cost reporting; report weekly and monthly.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance on site.
