Job summary

The Crom Corporation is seeking a Project Manager II in Weatherford, TX to independently manage standard projects and deliver safe, profitable, and well-executed work through disciplined controls and strong communication.

You will work with accounting, engineering, procurement, safety, and field teams to ensure project success, profitability, and client satisfaction throughout startup to closeout. A proactive leader with excellent problem solving is ideal.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or equivalent plus 1–3 years PM experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from startup to closeout, owning scope, schedule, budget, safety, and client expectations.
• Develop understanding of contract documents and safety/quality requirements.
• Prepare startup packages with cost, budget, and QA/QC information.
• Maintain CPM schedules and coordinate with drafting, procurement, and field teams.
• Coordinate inspections, submittals, and documentation; ensure timely project closeout.
