Job summary

The Crom Corporation is seeking a Project Manager I for an on-site role in Pinehurst, TX. You will learn the Crom Project Management System and support project controls, documentation, and coordination with clients and subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality execution.

You will develop foundational project management skills under leadership while handling assigned responsibilities, driving progress, and maintaining clear communication across project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of construction and history of managing people and projects.
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must be a team player and able to work with a diverse group.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply project management processes and documentation standards.
• Review contracts, plans, schedules, and safety/quality requirements under guidance.
• Support project startup activities including scheduling and documentation.
• Assist with CPM schedules and look-ahead schedules based on project needs.
• Coordinate drawing, submittal, procurement, and documentation with stakeholders.
• Maintain project controls, logs, reports, and organized files.
• Assist with risk reporting, cost tracking, and forecast development.
• Communicate with Superintendents and project teams to track progress and safety.
