Job summary

The Crom Corporation in Pinehurst, TX is seeking a Project Manager II to independently manage standard projects, deliver safe, profitable, and well-executed work, and lead financial, schedule, safety, and quality performance.

You will collaborate with accounting, engineering, procurement, safety, and field teams, maintain CPM schedules, prepare startup packages, and drive project closeout while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to scope and budget.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar field.
• Equivalent technical degree plus PM experience as noted.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record and insurance.
• Ability to work with a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from startup through closeout with scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality ownership.
• Prepare startup packages including contract docs, budgets, safety, and QA/QC requirements.
• Develop CPM schedules, update look-ahead, and track field progress.
• Coordinate drawings, procurement, subcontracts, and documentation with teams.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Drive timely closeout documentation and post-project reviews.
