Job summary

The Crom Corporation in Pinehurst, TX is seeking a Project Manager II to independently manage standard projects, ensuring safe, profitable, and well‑executed work through disciplined controls and communication.

You will coordinate with Accounting, Engineering, Procurement, Safety, and field personnel, driving project performance and client satisfaction on multiple sites. Travel 1–3 days/week may be required.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in CM or engineering or equivalent plus 1–3 years PM experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record and insurance.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from startup through closeout with scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client expectations.
• Interpret contract documents and ensure compliance with safety and QA/QC requirements.
• Prepare startup packages, CPM schedules, and look‑ahead schedules.
• Coordinate drawings, procurement, submittals, and documentation with multiple teams.
• Visit sites, track progress, and maintain regular contact with the Superintendent.
• Support preconstruction meetings and manage changes, risks, and costs.
