Job summary

Limbach Facility Services LLC in Frisco, TX is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion in accordance with contract terms and Limbach Way.

You will oversee budgeting, procurement, scheduling, safety, and quality while maintaining strong client relationships, documenting progress, and maximizing profitability. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field or equivalent.
• 3+ years of industry-specific experience.
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes and construction laws.
• Demonstrated collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Training Course completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution in accordance with contractual obligations and company policies.
• Manage customer relationships to secure future repeat business.
• Provide thorough documentation and timely communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Break down cost estimates and establish cost projections.
• Issue purchase orders and develop scope of work for subcontractors.
• Monitor scope changes and schedule impacts, pursuing compensation where appropriate.
• Develop labor plans, track productivity, and report installation progress.
• Forecast project costs and gross profit monthly and monitor cash flow.
• Coordinate engineering/commissioning resources and subcontractor work.
• Manage project completion, acceptance, and warranty period to ensure satisfaction.
