Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field or equivalent.
10+ years of experience within the mechanical HVAC industry.
5+ years of project management experience.
Demonstrated ability to engage in effective collaboration and communication.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer experience with on-time delivery and quality.
Advocate safety culture and company core values.
Lead and align cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience on projects.
Source and develop talent locally, acting as a brand ambassador.
Monitor project costs and cash position to maximize profitability.
Manage PCO processes and drive projects to stay on track.
Ensure on-site teams meet contract terms with minimal variances.
