Job summary

Structure Tone Southwest is seeking a Project Executive to lead major corporate accounts and projects, ensuring timely completion and profitability. You will be the primary owner contact, maintaining strong relationships with owners, tenants and project teams, while guiding all on-site Structure Tone personnel.

You will oversee procurement, reporting, change orders, risk management and close-out activities, coordinating with alliance partners to optimize cost, quality and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10–15 years of commercial general contractor project management experience.
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, MS Project).
• Ability to meet and deal with owners and architects professionally.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, vendors and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project activity and schedule with STO office or alliance partner.
• Prepare Project Status and financial reports on time.
• Lead team meetings and document safety minutes.
• Review bids, qualifications, estimates, and subcontracts.
• Procure materials and subcontractors per policy.
• Handle change orders and client budget revisions.
• Close out projects with all warranties, records and payments.
• Maintain client relations and pursue repeat business.
• Coordinate with STI regional offices or alliance partners.
