Job summary

Structure Tone Southwest is seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, management, and execution of commercial construction projects. This role drives profitability, quality, safety, and owner satisfaction while coordinating with multiple departments.

Key duties include budgeting, PMP leadership, pre-construction coordination, subcontracts, permits, schedules, and cost control to meet milestones and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of five years project management experience in commercial construction.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Deep knowledge of commercial construction processes.
• Understanding of estimating concepts for bids and change orders.
• Familiarity with building codes and design requirements.
• Ability to read plans, blueprints and specifications.
• Strong ethical standards and professional conduct.
• Excellent interpersonal communication; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assists in estimates and prepares project budgets and unit cost reports.
• Leads the project team in preparing the PMP.
• Organizes pre-award and pre-construction meetings.
• Negotiates subcontracts and manages change orders.
• Develops project schedules and milestones with the superintendent.
• Monitors cost, safety, quality, and schedule performance.
• Coordinates project documents, payments, and close-out procedures.
• Interfaces with Estimating for cost information and database updates.
