Job summary

Structure Tone Southwest is seeking a Project Executive to lead major corporate accounts and ensure timely completion and profitability. You will be the primary contact for owners and key stakeholders, guiding on-site teams and alliance partners to deliver projects.

Responsibilities include overseeing procurement, schedules, reports, change orders, and ensuring quality and safety, with focus on maintaining client relationships and expanding repeat business. Strong GC PM experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, and MS Project.
• Ability to meet and collaborate with owners, architects and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Keep informed of day-to-day project activity and monitor schedule and construction.
• Complete project reports including status reports, financials and schedules.
• Lead team meetings and ensure safety documentation is up to date.
• Review contracts, sub/vendor qualifications and final estimates.
• Procure materials and subcontractors per policies and procedures.
• Manage change orders and present to clients for approval.
• Close projects with warranty docs, retainage payments and accounting.
• Conduct lessons-learned sessions and share insights for future projects.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue repeat business.
