Diversified Fall Protection is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to lead high-visibility construction projects for national clients. You will drive project execution, stakeholder engagement, and financial oversight while aligning with core safety standards.

The ideal candidate has construction industry expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in a related field is required.
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects is required.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of complex construction projects.
• Develop and maintain strong client partnerships.
• Implement structured project delivery strategies to optimize scheduling and resources.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, internal departments, and external partners.
• Mentor project managers and field teams to ensure high performance.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans.
• Monitor budgets, revenue projections, and invoicing with Finance.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain safety and quality standards across projects.
