Job summary

Diversified Fall Protection seeks a Field Foreman to lead fall protection projects nationwide, fabricating, inspecting, and installing systems under Project Managers. You will read drawings and supervise Installers and contract labor, maintaining safety and quality on site.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent safety practices, and the ability to travel and work in diverse conditions, including rooftops and elevated work spaces, while meeting scheduling and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge and use of hand tools and general construction practices.
• Leadership and safety-focused mindset.
• Flexible to travel up to 95% and dynamic site conditions.

Responsibilities

• Layout and installation of fall protection systems on job sites nationwide under the direction of Project Managers.
• Read and interpret construction drawings to ensure accurate placement of components and compliance with plans.
• Complete project tasks, including job packing, inventory tracking, and tool organization.
