CCIG in Englewood, CO is seeking a Client Manager for its Construction Practice Area. You will manage marketing and renewal processes, policy servicing, and ongoing client relationships across construction clients, acting as the central support for the Client Executive and Advisor.

This role requires strong negotiation, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines while coordinating with carriers, clients, and internal teams to identify coverage

Formación

• Four-year degree preferred, or equivalent years of industry experience.
• Colorado Property and Casualty license required.
• ARM/CIC/CPCU/CRM preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial insurance experience, with 3+ in marketing/renewals.
• Strong understanding of policy structures and carrier negotiations.
• Ability to manage diverse middle-market accounts with complex exposure.
• Experience with Epic or similar agency management systems.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Mentoring junior employees and driving client service initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client service requests, renewals, and policy inquiries.
• Develop tailored insurance solutions with Client Executives and Advisors.
• Participate in client meetings, renewal discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
• Provide policy analysis and risk assessments for comprehensive coverage.
• Manage end-to-end renewal processes, including marketing, negotiations, and placements.
• Secure competitive terms while ensuring regulatory and carrier compliance.
• Prepare and deliver renewal proposals focused on cost-effective solutions.
• Oversee endorsements, coverage modifications, and policy documentation.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams for seamless account management.
• Train and mentor junior team members on best practices.
