Job summary

PC Construction is seeking a Risk Manager to identify, assess, and mitigate construction risks across our projects. You will administer builder’s risk, CCIP, OCIP/CCIP, SDI, and other coverages, ensuring compliance with contracts and regulations.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of proven experience in construction risk management, insurance underwriting, or account management.
• Extensive knowledge of the insurance market and strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
• Construction industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track pipeline pursuits, review bid docs to identify insurance requirements and obtain builder’s risk coverage.
• Review owner contracts and lease agreements to identify insurance needs and issue certificates of insurance.
• Identify and track subcontractor insurance requirements and maintain certificates.
• Coordinate and approve third-party compliance with insurance requirements.
• Maintain schedules of insured projects under the master builder’s risk program and prepare quarterly carrier audits.
• Oversee schedules of insurable assets and drivers’ MVRs; ensure coverage and compliance.
• Oversee OCIP/CCIP program enrollment and compliance prior to on-site work.
• Manage workers’ compensation return-to-work protocols and claim documentation.
• Coordinate with brokers to optimize program administration and renewals.
• Lead training with Operations Teams.
