Job summary

PC Construction seeks a Risk Manager to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across our construction projects by following corporate risk strategies and insurance programs.

You will manage CCIP, OCIP, SDI, Builder’s Risk, and related coverages, review contracts, and advise project teams to ensure regulatory compliance and sound risk management. This onsite role spans offices nationwide, including Vermont, NC, GA, and VA.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of proven experience in construction risk management, insurance underwriting, or account management.
• Extensive knowledge of the insurance market and strong organizational/analytical skills.
• Construction industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage insurance requirements for bids and contracts; obtain builder's risk and project coverages.
• Review contracts and certificates of insurance; ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Maintain schedules of insured assets, MVRs, and workers' compensation programs; coordinate enrollments.
• Collaborate with safety and operations teams on risk controls and program administration.
