The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring strong relationships with clients and carriers. You will design coverage, renewals, and partner with Sales to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Must have Property & Casualty License.
• 5–10+ years of commercial lines experience.
• Prior client management experience in Property & Casualty.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and execute effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a book of Property & Casualty business, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on risk management and insurance solutions.
• Lead client strategy, including coverage design, renewals, and retention initiatives.
• Market accounts to carriers, compile underwriting information, and negotiate terms.
• Support day-to-day servicing including endorsements, certificates, billing, and coverage inquiries.
• Prepare proposals, stewardship reports, and client communications.
