Job summary

PC Construction is seeking a Risk Manager to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across our projects in alignment with corporate policies. The role focuses on administering the Corporate Property & Casualty Program, CCIP, SDI, Builder’s Risk, and other coverages while advising on contracts, leases, and subcontracts.

The candidate should have 8–10 years of construction risk management or underwriting experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and construction industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of proven experience in construction risk management, insurance underwriting, or account management.
• Extensive knowledge of the insurance market and strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Construction industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track insurance requirements across bids and certificates for project coverage.
• Review contracts to identify insurance requirements and issue certificates for PC entities.
• Manage subcontractor insurance requirements and provide certificates for compliance.
• Coordinate OCIP/CCIP enrollment and ensure proper certificates.
• Maintain schedules for builder's risk policies and audit reports.
• Oversee assets, locations, equipment, and related exposures.
• Coordinate workers' compensation programs and return-to-work processes.
• Liaise with brokers and track program invoicing and renewals.
• Lead training with Operations Teams.
