Job summary

ARCO in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Business Development & Sales professional focused on building new client relationships and expanding ARCO’s market footprint in Fort Worth and beyond. You will identify opportunities, travel as needed, and coordinate with marketing, PM, and senior leadership to drive proposals.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of technical sales experience in construction/engineering and a Bachelor's degree; MBA or related degrees are considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Engineering, Design, Construction Management or related preferred).
• MBAs or sales/business-related degrees will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business.
• Create and expand ARCO’s footprint and top-of-mind awareness.
• Research market conditions in Fort Worth and other markets.
• Attend trade shows and associations to stay informed and build client relationships.
• Coordinate and manage the sales/proposal process with marketing and senior leadership.
