Hunter Recruiting is seeking a Business Intake & Conflicts Manager to lead the New Business Intake/Conflicts department. This role ensures accurate onboarding of new clients and attorneys, safeguarding the firm's integrity while supporting growth through efficient intake and resolution processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law firm conflicts management, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and a Bachelor's degree. Familiarity with Intapp Conflicts is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in law firm conflicts, intake, or related risk management functions.
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience in a law firm environment.
• Experience handling lateral conflicts submissions preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a team of Conflicts and New Business Intake professionals.
• Manage daily workflow, including task assignments and queue monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules of professional conduct.
