Job summary

Cloudland Lookout Mountain, A Curio Collection by Hilton, seeks a Conference Services Manager to coordinate meetings and events from contract to completion. You will partner with planners to design successful programs, manage guest room blocks, AV needs, menus, décor, and transportation, while ensuring seamless multi-department communication.

The role emphasizes upselling enhancements, accurate billing, and post-event assessments to drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing group events in hotel environments.
• Proven ability to upsell menus, enhancements and services.
• Strong coordination across departments to meet client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of assigned groups, from room blocks to catering.
• Maintain client contact from planning through post-event follow-up and evaluation.
• Manage group billing, variances, and final invoices with accuracy.
• Communicate event details across Banquets, Culinary, Front Office, and Engineering.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and hotel policies.
