Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent with 2+ years payroll or accounting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software; basic payroll knowledge.
• Ability to analyze financial information and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Create and review loan agreements for recruited financial advisors.
• Enter loan and related data into systems and databases accurately.
• Manage termed advisor collections, loan defaults, and write-offs.
• Produce and audit regular financial reports for senior management.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency in financial processing.
• Collaborate with other firm areas on tracking systems and projects.
