SEON is seeking a Lead Competitive Intelligence Manager to own our competitive program end-to-end, defining strategy, gathering intel, and activating insights across GTM and product teams. You will support sales in the field and continuously measure and evolve the CI program to uncover opportunities and sharpen SEON's market position.

You thrive on turning complex market dynamics into clear, actionable guidance, collaborating across product, marketing, and sales to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of competitive intelligence/strategy in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Domain expertise in fraud prevention, AML/KYC compliance, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Experience creating and managing a centralized CI knowledge base that scales across functions.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive CI strategy across real-time market shifts.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to build a robust competitive database.
• Develop battlecards, feature comparisons, win/loss analyses, and sales enablement resources.
