CHRISTUS Health is seeking a seasoned Compensation leader to drive strategic programs across the ministry network. You will oversee multiple compensation initiatives, mentor the team, and partner with HR and finance leaders to optimize total rewards strategy.

You will manage union compensation activities, including wage structures, contract implementation, and pay equity analyses, while ensuring regulatory compliance and data-driven decisions. Occasional travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance or related field.
• 8 years of compensation experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong project management and team leadership capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of FLSA and wage/hour legislation.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS/compensation systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead compensation initiatives, from planning to execution.
• Manage union compensation, including wage structures and contracts.
• Oversee merger, acquisition, and restructuring compensation activities.
• Develop market analyses, job evaluations, and pay equity assessments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and policy adherence across programs.
• Present executive-level analyses and recommendations.
