Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation, market pricing, pay governance.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and communicate findings.
Responsibilities
- Provide market-informed compensation guidance to business groups.
- Develop data-driven recommendations for base pay, incentives, and equity.
- Support annual compensation planning and merit processes.
- Ensure internal equity and governance aligned with compensation philosophy.
- Collaborate with HR partners and leaders on pay decisions for hires, transfers, and promotions.
