Bob’s Discount Furniture in Manchester, CT is seeking a Benefits Analyst to oversee day-to-day administration of employee benefits and retirement programs in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will serve as the primary contact for benefits inquiries and collaborate with HR, payroll, and vendors to ensure accurate enrollment, billing, and data integrity.

This hybrid role requires 4–5 years of experience, knowledge of ERISA/HIPAA/ACA, and proficiency with Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 4–5 years of benefits administration experience.
• Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, and related laws.
• Experience with Workday or similar HR systems.
• Strong MS Office skills and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for benefits inquiries via email/phone.
• Administer benefit and retirement programs; handle enrollment eligibility.
• Process monthly benefit billing and self-billed plans.
• Collaborate with vendors on eligibility, enrollment, and billing issues.
• Support annual Open Enrollment and employee communications.
• Maintain accurate benefit records in Workday and systems.
