Job summary

FleetPride seeks an experienced Senior Compensation Manager to design, administer, and continuously improve compensation programs. The role partners with HR, Finance, TA, and business leaders to drive equitable, data-driven pay decisions that align with strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate combines deep compensation expertise with advanced analytics, building models, dashboards, and reports to inform leadership. A hybrid work model is available and CCP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• CCP Certification (Certified Compensation Professional) preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience with analysis and program design.
• Advanced Excel and data modeling; experience with HRIS dashboards and Power BI.
• Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate compensation programs aligned with business strategy.
• Serve as subject-matter expert on compensation philosophy, structures, and policies.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking for competitive positioning.
• Manage merit, promotion, market adjust, and incentive processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, TA, and leadership on compensation decisions.
• Ensure pay equity and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Develop dashboards and analytics for leadership; translate data into recommendations.
