Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Benefits Analyst for a hybrid role in Manchester, CT. The analyst will manage daily benefits administration, support Open Enrollment, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate benefit data and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 4–5 years of benefits administration experience.
• Knowledge of employee benefit programs and administration.
• Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA.
• Experience with Workday or other HR systems (HRIS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for benefit inquiries via email, voicemail, and Workday Help Cases, providing timely, accurate, and professional service.
• Administer Bob's employee benefit and retirement programs with accurate enrollment and eligibility processing.
• Process and reconcile monthly benefit billing, including self-billed plans.
• Partner with benefit vendors to resolve eligibility, enrollment, billing, file feed, and claims issues.
• Maintain accurate benefit records and employee data within Workday and other systems.
• Support compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA and other regulations.
• Assist with Annual Open Enrollment planning, testing, communications, and education.
• Conduct new hire and employee benefit meetings and educational sessions.
• Create and distribute employee benefit communications and materials.
• Research and resolve complex benefit issues with sound judgment.
