Job summary

GALLO is seeking a Compensation professional to help attract, motivate, develop, and retain a high-performing workforce through competitive programs. You will consult with HR, Talent Acquisition, and leadership to guide market pricing, job evaluations, pay structures, and incentives.

You will analyze compensation data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to support planning, equity reviews, and regulatory compliance, while leveraging analytics and AI-enabled solutions to improve

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of Compensation or Total Rewards experience with increasing responsibility.
High school diploma plus 9 years of Compensation or Total Rewards experience.
Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of Gallo HR experience including 3 years in compensation or total rewards.

Responsibilities

Analyze compensation data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights for informed decisions.
Serve as trusted consultant to HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on compensation strategies and pay structures.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Organizational Development, and Employee Relations on job architecture and compensation needs.
Contribute to annual compensation planning, promotions, equity reviews, and salary survey participation.
