Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Senior Global Compensation Lead to shape our worldwide pay strategy. You’ll partner with HR leadership, Finance, and business leaders to design salary structures, bands, and job architectures across regions, ensuring equity and competitiveness.

In this role, you’ll own market data programs, benchmark analyses, and compensation budgets, delivering clear analytics to inform executive decisions while guiding annual merit, bonus, and incentive design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience in a global or high-growth tech/financial services company.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of salary structures, pay bands, and compensation frameworks across regions.
• Manage job architecture, leveling, and evaluation to ensure global consistency and fairness.
• Monitor regulatory/compliance requirements related to compensation.
