GALLO is seeking a Compensation Manager to lead enterprise compensation programs, governance, and market pricing. You will serve as a trusted advisor to HR partners, Finance, and executives, delivering data-driven solutions that ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.

You will oversee salary governance, annual planning, and system optimization, driving workforce planning and compliance while mentoring compensation professionals and collaborating across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant compensation/total rewards experience.
• Leadership experience and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, market pricing, and governance.
