Qualifications

• 10+ years of compensation experience.
• Proven compensation business partner for customer organizations, end-to-end ownership of cyclical programs.
• Strong knowledge of third‑party survey methodologies (e.g., Radford, WTW) and building pay structures across geographies.
• Experience leading cross-functional compensation initiatives in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication of complex data to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated compensation partner for the Product and Technology organization, supporting senior leaders and HR Partners.
• Own compensation cycle execution end-to-end, including benchmarking, budget modeling, and leadership rollups.
• Lead market research on compensation trends, pay practices, and talent movement, especially in the AI landscape.
• Develop benchmarking methodologies that supplement survey data with recruiting signals and real-time market sources.
• Partner with Recruiting and People partners to provide market insights and competitive positioning for hires at all levels.
• Own or lead global projects to stretch learning, including shift allowances and comp tooling implementations.
• Develop enablement materials to help managers understand compensation philosophy and make informed decisions.
