Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to serve as the dedicated resource for the Product and Technology organization. You will support executive and director-level leaders, leading compensation programs with autonomy in a fast-moving environment.

You will own benchmarking, budget modeling, and enablement for managers, collaborating with Recruiting and HR Partners to shape market insights and compensation strategy globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of compensation experience.
• Strong business partner for customer orgs with end-to-end program ownership.
• Experience with third-party survey methodologies (Radford & WTW) to build pay structures across geographies and functions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional compensation initiatives in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication of complex compensation data to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated compensation partner for the Product and Technology organization.
• Lead end-to-end compensation cycle execution including benchmarking and budgeting.
• Conduct market research on compensation trends and pay practices.
• Develop benchmarking methodologies using multiple data sources.
• Partner with Recruiting and People partners for market insights and competitive positioning.
