To that end, our Global Compensation team is looking for an Executive Compensation Director to play a significant leadership role in designing, implementing and supporting MongoDB’s global compensation program. Reporting to the head of Total Rewards, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering core compensation initiatives (focused on, but not limited to, executive and stock compensation). You’ll also contribute to ongoing improvements across our HR and compensation processes, working closely with cross‑functional teams to drive efficiency and consistency.

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is: $118,000 – $231,000 USD.
