Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to serve as the dedicated compensation partner for the Product and Technology organization, supporting executives and HR partners. You will own end-to-end compensation cycles, conduct market benchmarking, and develop innovative tools and benchmarking frameworks to guide pay decisions in a fast-moving, high-growth technology environment.

You will lead competitive intelligence, partner across Recruiting and People teams, and drive global projects

Qualifications

• 10+ years of compensation expertise.
• Proven track record as a compensation business partner supporting customer organizations, including end‑to‑end ownership of cyclical compensation programs.
• Strong knowledge of third‑party survey methodologies (e.g., Radford and WTW) and ability to build pay structures across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated compensation partner for the Product and Technology organization, supporting senior leaders, HR Directors, and People Partners.
• Own compensation cycle execution end‑to‑end, including market benchmarking, budget modeling, manager enablement, and leadership rollups.
• Lead benchmarking and competitive intelligence for roles, focusing on market pay practices and AI landscape changes.
• Develop benchmarking methodologies supplementing surveys with recruiting signals and real‑time data.
• Partner with Recruiting and People partners to provide market insights and competitive positioning for hires at all levels.
• Lead global projects such as new job architecture and comp planning tool implementations.
• Create enablement materials to help managers understand compensation philosophy.
