Qualifications

• 10+ years of compensation expertise.
• Proven track record as a compensation business partner for customer-focused orgs.
• Strong knowledge of third-party survey methodologies (Radford, WTW).
• Experience leading cross-functional compensation initiatives in fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication skills for presenting data to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated compensation partner for Product & Technology orgs.
• Own end-to-end compensation cycle execution, including benchmarking and budgeting.
• Lead market research on trends, pay practices, and talent movement.
• Develop benchmarking methodologies combining surveys with real-time signals.
• Partner with Recruiting and People partners on market insights and offers.
