Atoms in Los Angeles is seeking a senior compensation professional to partner with business units and HRBPs, delivering tailored compensation solutions using data and judgment. You’ll operate with autonomy to drive core programs, cycles, and promotions, while emphasizing accuracy and scale in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires 5–7 years in global compensation, strong US regulations knowledge, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in global compensation or related field.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. compensation regulations and compliance.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights for partners and executives.
• Highly collaborative and curious, with ability to educate stakeholders.
• Proven ability to navigate challenging conversations and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BU leaders and HRBPs to translate talent needs into compensation recommendations.
• Plan and execute core compensation programs, including annual and promotion cycles.
• Build and automate compensation workflows with an AI-first mindset.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
• Contribute to data products for real-time strategic insight.
• Respond to complex compensation inquiries with data-driven judgments.
• Collaborate with HRIS and Total Rewards Operations to ensure data integrity.
• Support cross-functional transformation and knowledge sharing within the team.
