Atoms is building the machines powering the next era of progress. We seek a Senior Compensation Business Partner to shape compensation strategy for a fast-scaling company across many countries.

You will partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to tailor compensation programs, using data and business judgment to drive strategic outcomes. This role demands autonomy, resilience, and a proven track record in global compensation, with a focus on regulatory adherence and international practices.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of global compensation or total rewards experience.
• Experience owning compensation strategy and frameworks in fast-changing environments.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. compensation regulations and international practice.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Unit leaders and HRBPs to translate talent needs into compensation recommendations.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of core compensation programs.
• Set the roadmap for compensation data products and lead their design.
• Promote AI-first approaches to reduce manual analysis and increase strategic work.
• Build and own international compensation strategy across multiple markets.
• Support cross-functional teams through organizational change and transformation.
• Collaborate with HRIS and Total Rewards Ops to ensure data integrity and operational excellence.
• Mentor and develop team members within the People org.
