Expect collaboration with senior leaders to shape pay strategies and reporting. The role requires extensive experience in compensation management, job evaluation, and analytics, within a large corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manages development, implementation, maintenance and communication of compensation programs and policies.
• Advises senior management to align pay programs with organizational goals.
• Ensures compliance and updates to policies; oversees HRIS data accuracy for compensation.
• Manages job evaluations, salary surveys, and analytical reporting to determine pay grades.
